Lactation Support & Education
Feeding your baby can be one of the most beautiful (and sometimes most challenging) parts of the postpartum journey. As a Certified Lactation Support Educator (CLSE), I provide compassionate guidance to help you feel confident and supported, whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, or exploring a combination that works best for your family. Together, we’ll cover latch and positioning, milk supply, pumping strategies, and common concerns so you can focus less on stress and more on bonding with your baby.
Sibling Support
Welcoming a new baby is a big transition, not just for you, but for your older children too. I support sibling bonding by gently guiding positive interactions between siblings and the new baby, offering age-appropriate activities to keep older children engaged, and helping the entire family adjust with care and patience. I create space for siblings to feel seen, heard, and valued, while also providing tips to ease sibling rivalry and encouraging one-on-one moments between parents and their older children.
Infant Care & Bonding
I'm here to support you and your baby through the tender early weeks with confidence and calm. I provide hands-on help with newborn care, like feeding, diapering, and soothing, while prioritizing the special bond between you and your baby. From encouraging skin-to-skin contact to offering emotional reassurance, I help create a loving environment where both you and your baby can thrive.
