Welcome to Happy Mother Doula. By using this website and/or booking services with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

I offer postpartum doula support, lactation education, and newborn care services. These services are for educational and supportive purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care. For any medical concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

2. Booking & Payment

Services must be booked in advance through the contact form, email, or scheduling system provided on this website.

Payment is due as outlined in your Service Agreement, which will be provided before the start of care.

Discounts or promotional codes must be applied at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least [insert hours/days] notice.

Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations will be handled according to the terms in your signed Service Agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding their health, family needs, and any relevant household considerations (e.g., allergies, pets, etc.).

A safe and respectful home environment is required for in-person visits.

I respect your privacy. All personal information shared during care will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
