How will we spend your visit?
Our in-home doula services offer comprehensive support for newborn care, including feeding, soothing, diapering, and bathing. We provide lactation support and education, along with bottle prep, pumping assistance, and customized feeding plans. To help you maintain a tidy home, our services include light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and organizing baby areas. You'll receive emotional support and the space to process your experience, alongside education on newborn behavior to help you understand what's normal. Our postpartum care includes guidance for recovery, emphasizing rest, healing, and navigating body changes. We offer sibling adjustment support and partner education to foster family harmony. Further, we assist with running small errands like grocery pickup, accompany you to appointments, and provide babywearing support. Together, we'll create routines that feel both realistic and supportive, and we'll gladly refer you to trusted local providers whenever needed. Plus, we can hold your baby so you can take a much-needed rest, shower, or reset.
Can I try it before I commit?
Absolutely! My introductory postpartum visit is 3 hours for $175 and includes a full needs assessment to understand how to best support you through my in-home doula services. This visit also lays the groundwork for any lactation support you may need. If you decide to book ongoing visits or choose one of my postpartum care packages, that $175 is credited toward your next booking.
Standby Support
No package. No waiting. Just support when you need it.
Standby Support offers last-minute postpartum care services, including in-home doula services, available based on my current schedule. It's designed for the mom who didn't anticipate this level of exhaustion, the family whose help has cancelled, or those moments when you realize today is the day you truly need a doula.
This service is offered at $55/hr with a 3-hour minimum, providing the lactation support and care packages you may have overlooked. Reach out for overnight availability.
